Questions people ask
Is there really no charge?
None. The seminar is free and nothing is sold during it. If you’d like to talk about your own circumstances afterwards, the first consultation is free too.
How do I get the joining link?
We email it to you. It comes with your booking confirmation, or in a separate email before the seminar if it isn’t ready yet. You’ll also get a reminder with the link the day before.
Will anyone see or hear me?
You don’t need to turn on your camera or microphone. Questions can be typed in at the end.
What if I can no longer make it?
Please use the cancel link in your confirmation email, so the place can go to someone else. You’re welcome to book another date.
I’m not confident with computers.
You click one link in the email and the seminar opens. If you’d rather not join online at all, call us on 024 7693 9940 and we’ll arrange a conversation instead.
Tell me when new dates are added
Leave your details and we’ll email you when new online seminar dates are confirmed. This does not book a place on a seminar. You can stop these emails at any time.
